WINDSOR, Ontario. – Next month, Toronto’s Art Gallery of Ontario will be presenting a retrospective into the art of Windsor artist Iain Baxter&. The show opens March 3 and will include more than 100 pieces and 200 photographs by the artist.

Now a professor emeritus in the University of Windsor's School of Fine Arts, Baxter& immigrated to Canada from England in 1937. After receiving a master’s in education from the University of Idaho, he studied art and aesthetics in Japan and then returned to earn a second master’s degree in fine arts from Washington State University in 1964.
